Cherry Tomato and Herb Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1⁄3 cup fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
- salt and pepper
Directions
- In a large skillet, heat butter and oil.
- Add garlic and shallots and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant.
- Add tomatoes and herbs, shaking pan, for another 2-3 minutes.
- Do not overcook. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
