Cherry Macaroon Pie

Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) pie crusts
- 1 (12 ounce) can cherry pie filling
- 1 egg
- 2⁄3 cup evaporated milk
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup flour
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 1⁄4 cups shredded coconut
Directions
- Pour pie filling in unbaked pie shell.
- Beat together egg and evaporated milk.
- Add sugar, flour, salt, almond, and vanilla extract, beat until smooth.
- Stir in coconut.
- Pour over pie filling.
- Bake at 375, 40-45 minutes until puffed and light brown.
- Cool before serving.
