Cherry Cream Cheese Frosting

nice for white cake..or cherry cake

Ingredients

• 8  ounces cream cheese
• 1⁄2 cup butter, room temperature
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 16  ounces powdered sugar
• 8  ounces crushed pineapple, drained
• 1⁄2 cup maraschino cherry, drained, chop

Directions

1. place ingredients in a large bowl --
2. Mix with electric mixer till well blended.
3. Add powdered sugar, mix till combined.
4. stir in crushed pineapple, cherries, and a little maraschino cherry juice for color.
5. Whip 2-3 minutes.
