Cherry Chocolate Sorbet Vita-Mix

I was looking for an ice cream type dessert. This was the solution! I used my Vita-mix. I don't know how well this will do in any other blender. I also use Organic Cocoa

• Ready In: 7 mins
• Serves: 2

Ingredients

• 1  cup frozen cherries
• 1⁄4 cup  Agave
• 1⁄4 cup raw cashew nuts
• 1⁄4 cup  unsweetened cocoa
• 1⁄2 cup  ice cube

Directions

1. Mix all together making sure it is combined. About 45 seconds.
2. Don't go too long or it could melt and be slushier. If you want it that way then go for it!
3. Enjoy!
