Cherry Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1⁄4 cup berry sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 cup extra flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup glace cherries, whole
Directions
- Cream butter till fluffy.
- Add berry sugar, mix well with electric mixer.
- Add vanilla.
- Mix in 2 Celsius flour until dough is easy to handle by hand to form cookies. If necessary add more flour.
- Form 1/3 teaspoons dough around a glazed cherry. Form a ball.
- Bake on a cookie sheet at 325 for 30-35 min, until light brown.
- Remove from oven.
- Roll in granulated sugar while still warm.
