Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups milk
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons almond paste
- 1⁄4 teaspoon almond extract
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 2⁄3 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 1⁄3 cups bread flour
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons yeast
- 1⁄2 cup dried sour cherries
- 1⁄2 cup almonds, chopped
Directions
- Bake according to manufacturer’s instructions, adding the cherries and almonds during the add-ins cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading is finished.
