Chef's Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 3 cups quick-cooking oats, uncooked
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the oats, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
- In another bowl mix together the butter, eggs, and milk; blend into dry ingredients.
- Pour into an ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan.
- Bake in a 375° oven for 25 minutes.
