Chef Jean's Margarita

This is a twist on a regular margarita. Agave nectar is the sweet(almost like honey) necter of the same plant that tequila comes from.

• Yields: 10-12 ounces

Ingredients

• 4  ounces  tequila
• 1 -1 1⁄2 ounce  agave nectar
• 2  ounces  limeade
• 1 -2  lime, juice of
•  ice

Directions

1. Fill martini shaker with ice.
2. Shake all ingredients in a martini shaker, adjusting the amount of lime juice and necter to desired sweet/tartness.
3. Stain into ice filled glasses.
