Ingredients
- 11 ounces cranberry juice
- 2 ounces dried cranberries
- 5 ounces carrots, blanched and chilled
- 4 ounces brown sugar
- 3 ounces smoked chipotle peppers
- 1 tablespoon Chinese five spice powder
- 3 minced fresh garlic cloves
- 3 ounces soy sauce
- 3 ounces orange juice
- 1 egg white
- kosher salt
Directions
- Marinate beforehand for a more intense flavor (optional).
- Add all ingredients to a bar blender and blend smooth.
- Mop frequently.
