Cheesy Spinach Dip

Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
- 10 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 10 ounces shredded white cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons garlic powder (more if you like)
- 1⁄2 cup light cream
- 4 tablespoons flour, if needed to thicken
Directions
- Thaw the spinach in the microwave and squeeze to remove excess water.
- Place the spinach in a large pot on the stove, medium high heat.
- Add rest of the ingredients stirring to mix it all together.
- Let the cheese get melted.
- If the mixture is still liquidy then add flour one tablespoon at a time until it thickens.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or crusty bread. Can be reheated easily in the microwave.
