Cheesy Spinach

We had a family function 20 attended . Out of 20 of all ages 1 yes 1 did not like this. Everyone asked for recipe and my kids 3 and 6 and my guy all have been begging for it! Just got it and thought Id share with you all! ENJOY!

Ingredients

• 2 (12 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed
• 2  cups cottage cheese
• 1 1⁄2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
• 3  eggs, Lightly beaten
• 1⁄4 cup butter, cubed
• 1⁄4 cup flour
• 1  teaspoon salt

Directions

1. .Mix all together in Bowl. Grease Crock pot and pour into pot. Cook on high 1 hour then low an additional 5 hours. Serve.
