  1. Preheat oven to 240 degrees Celsius.
  2. Line oven tray with baking paper.
  3. Mix flour and butter together until bread crumb like in texture.
  4. Add cheeses and mix.
  5. Add milk until doughy and easily comes away from the edge of the bowl.
  6. Place on floured surface and cut into small circular clumps.
  7. Place on baking tray and bake for approx 15 minutes or until golden brown.
