Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 8 ounces finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 (1 ounce) packet hidden valley ranch dressing mix
- 6 ounces lager beer (Budweiser, Miller, PBR)
Directions
- Let cream cheese soften until room temperature and mix all ingredients together until well mixed.
- Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
- Serve with pretzels of your choice!
