Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 (10 1/2ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 3 1⁄2 ounces milk (1/3 soup can)
- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 1 medium onion, chopped (or onion powder)
- pepper
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (more if you like)
Directions
- Place hashbrowns in rectangle cake pan (or other baking dish).
- Sprinkle onion and pepper over the top of the hashbrowns.
- Mix soup, cream cheese and milk and pour over top of hashbrowns.
- Grate cheese over top.
- Bake for 1 hour covered and 15 minutes uncovered.
