Cheesy Potatoes

I got this recipe from a former co-worker. I have never made them, but I remember that they were delicious the time she brought them in for an office pot luck.

Ingredients

• 1 (32 ounce) package  frozen, shredded hash brown potatoes
• 8  ounces Velveeta cheese, cut into small chunks
• 1⁄2-1  cup margarine, cut into small chunks
• 1  can  cream of chicken soup
• 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in crock pot.
2. Cook on high 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
