Cheesy Oven Scrambled Eggs

  1. Preheat oven to 275 F and spread the butter all over the inside of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Add eggs, cream, salt and pepper to a large bowl and whisk to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture into the buttered baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring with a rubber spatula halfway through.
  5. Bake 5 minutes. Remove from oven and add the shredded cheese. Stir well with a spatula. Bake for a final 5 minutes until creamy and cooked through.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
