Cheesy Mushroom-Fish

Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen haddock fillet (do not thaw)
- 2 tablespoons kraft signature classic herb salad dressing
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup kraft 3-cheese mexicana finely shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- Heat oven to 450°F Place fish in a 9x13 dish; drizzle with dressing.
- Bake 25 minutes; top with muxhrooms and cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts and fish flakes easily with fork.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
- SUBSTITUTE: Prepare using halibut or cod fillets.
