Cheesy Mushroom-Fish

An easy and quick recipe for fish that tastes delicious!!

Ingredients

  • 1  lb  frozen haddock fillet (do not thaw)
  • 2  tablespoons  kraft signature classic  herb salad dressing
  • 1  cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 12 cup  kraft 3-cheese mexicana finely shredded cheese
  • 1  tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450°F Place fish in a 9x13 dish; drizzle with dressing.
  2. Bake 25 minutes; top with muxhrooms and cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts and fish flakes easily with fork.
  3. Sprinkle with parsley.
  4. SUBSTITUTE: Prepare using halibut or cod fillets.
