Cheesy Herb Pizza Dough

A nice cheesy herb crust that I make in my bread machine.

• Serves: 6

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups warm water
• 1⁄2 teaspoon brown sugar
• 2  tablespoons olive oil
• 4  cups  all purpose flour
• 1  cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
• 1  teaspoon dried basil
• 1  teaspoon dried rosemary
• 3⁄4 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 2 1⁄4 ounces active dry yeast

Directions

1. combine water and brown sugar in bread machine.
2. add olive oil.
3. add flour through salt.
4. make a little well in the flour and pour in yeast packets.
5. set machine to dough cycle and allow machine to do it's magic.
6. makes enough dough for two pizzas.
