Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 (10 1/2ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄2 cup margarine or 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine the soup, onion, melted butter, salt and pepper; stir well.
- Stir in the cheese and hash browns.
- Transfer to a 13 x 9 inch dish and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
