Cheesy Hamburger Dip

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 small onion
- 1 (10 1/2ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes & chilies
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, diced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet with onion. Drain well.
- Mix in Rotel, Cheddar Cheese soup and Velveeta and cook over low heat until velveeta is melted.
- Stir in Chili Powder and Garlic Powder.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
- Enjoy!
- (Can be kept in a slow cooker using warm setting.).
