Cheesy Green Chile Hominy

Ingredients

  • 4 (15 ounce) cans hominy, drained
  • 16  ounces cottage cheese, small curd
  • 8  ounces  canned diced green chiles
  • 16  ounces cheese, cheddar, shredded
  • 12 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 14 teaspoon pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Pour into a 9x9 greased baking dish.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
