Cheesy Grape Pops

Ingredients
- 24 large red grapes
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- 1⁄4 cup roasted pistachios, finely chopped
Directions
- Put toothpicks in grapes.
- Melt goat cheese over medium heat, stirring until creamy, about 2 minutes.
- Dip grapes in melted cheese.
- Roll grapes in chopped nuts, place on a waxed paper lined plate.
- Refrigerate until cheese hardens, about 10 to 15 minutes.
