Cheesy Slow-Cooker Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of mushroom soup or 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1⁄2-2 cups sour cream, to taste
- 3⁄4 cup diced onion
- 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 6 -8 medium potatoes, unpeeled, sliced thinly
Directions
- Mix soup, pepper, onions and sour cream in a bowl.
- Put a thin layer of soup mix on bottom of crackpot.
- Layer potatoes, soup mix, and cheese.
- Repeat, ending with a layer of soup mix and cheese on top.
- Cook on High 4 hours or Low 8 hours.
