Cheesy Chocolate Gateaux

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1⁄4 cup cocoa
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄3 cup cooking oil
Directions
- Combine cream cheese, egg, & sugar and set aside.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl until well combined.
- Fill greased muffin tins 1/3 full with chocolate batter.
- Top each with a heaping tsp of cream cheese mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
