Cheesy Chile Rice

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup green onion, chopped
- 4 ounces green chilies, drained
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- salt, to taste
- cayenne, to taste
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese (or more to taste)
Directions
- Butter a casserole dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheeese.
- Combine the ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the rice mixture in the dish, sprinkle with more parmesan cheese and dot with butter.
- Bake 20 minutes at 450.
