Directions

  1. Stir soup, water, onion powder, black pepper and vegetables in 11"x8"(2qt) shallow baking dish.
  2. Top with chicken.
  3. Season chicken as desired.
  4. Cover.
  5. Bake at 375 for 50 minutes or until chicken and rice are done.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Let casserole stand.
  8. Stir rice before serving.
