Cheesy Chicken and Artichoke Pizza

Heavenly!!! Almost like a hot artichoke dip in a pizza! From Betty Crocker.

• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 1 (10 ounce)  prebaked  prepared pizza crust (or any 12 inch pizza crust)
• 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄4 cup  grated parmesan cheese
• 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
• 1  teaspoon  minced garlic (optional)
• 1 1⁄2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
• 1  cup  chopped  cooked chicken
• 3  green onions, chopped

Directions

1. Heat oven to 450º.
2. On cookie sheet, place pizza crust.
3. In medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, parmesan, artichokes, and garlic, if using.
4. Spread artichoke mixture over crust, leaving a 1 inch border.
5. Top with 1 cup of the cheese, the chicken and onions.
6. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
7. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and pizza is thoroughly heated.
