Cheesy Cayenne Kettle Chips

Ingredients
- 5 ounces of kettle-cooked potato chips
- 1⁄2 cup very finely grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese (about 1 oz.)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spread potato chips on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake unti oil appears, 6-7 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix next three ingredients together in small bowl.
- Remove chips from oven, and immediately sprinkle with cheese mixture. Serve warm or at room temperature.
