Cheesy Bacon Potatoes #5FIX

Ingredients
- 1 (20 ounce) bag Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
- 8 slices bacon
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 green onions
Directions
- Fry the bacon until crisp. Crumble bacon strips when cool.
- Shred the Cheddar cheese.
- Slice the green onions, keeping the tops separate.
- Place the shredded potatoes in a bowl.
- Mix in the bacon, onions and cheese.
- Stir in the sour cream.
- Place mixture in a 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
