Cheesy Bacon and Egg Bake

Ingredients

  • 12  slices  bread, crusts removed and cubed
  • 14  slices bacon, cooked crisp and diced
  • 1  small  red pepper, diced
  • 4  cups  shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6  eggs
  • 3  cups milk
  • 12 cup  bick's zesty onion  relish
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • 2  teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Place half of the bread cubes in greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle half of bacon, pepper and cheee on top. Repeat layers again.
  2. Beat remaining ingredients together thoroughly. Pour over bread mixture. Press down lightly to cover bread mixture with liquid.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight (or at least for 4 hours).
  4. Bake uncovered, at 350F for 50-55 minutes, or until puffed and golden and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
