Cheesy Artichoke Spread

Ingredients
- 4 ounces softened reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1⁄2 cup canned artichoke heart, finely chopped and drained
Directions
- Mix all of the above ingredients together until well blended. Spread on top of Triscuit (cracked pepper and olive oil) or other crackers.
