Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon, rind of
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
Directions
- Mix all ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour into 1-quart ice-cream freezer.
- Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
