Just what it sounds like... what's better than cheese cake in cookie form?

  1. Mix crust ingredients together until crumbly.
  2. Reserve 1 cup of mixture for topping.
  3. Press firmly in 8" pan.
  4. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350.
  5. Beat Cream Cheese until smooth.
  6. Add sugar and mix.
  7. Beat in egg, lemon, milk, and vanilla.
  8. Pour into baked crust, top with reserved crumbs.
  9. Bake about 25 minutes, cool thoroughly and cut into squares.
