Ingredients
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- cherry pie filling
Directions
- Mix first four ingredients with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Pour into miniature muffin papers (about 3/4 full).
- Bake at 375 for 20 - 25 minutes until lightly golden on top.
- cool.
- top each with a scoop of cherry pie filling.
- Refridgerate.
