Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup dill pickle, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 1 -1 1⁄2 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 3⁄4 cup cheddar cheese (sliced or grated)
- 1 (8 ounce) can crescent rolls
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 -2 tablespoon sesame seeds
Directions
- Preheat oven at 375 degrees F.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and the onion.
- Add the garlic, dill pickle, ketchup, water and mustard. Stir to combine.
- Pour into a 9"x9" baking pan.
- Put the cheese on top of the beef.
- Open the crescent roll container and roll all of the dough into a ball. Take a rolling pan and roll the dough out until you have the size to fit the top of the baking pan.
- Lay out the dough on top of the baking pan. Cut several slits in the dough to allow steam to escape.
- Brush milk on the top of the dough and then add the sesame seeds.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Allow to sit 5 minutes before serving.
