Directions

  1. To make things easier - prep your ingredients. Add all the dry spices to a small cup. Add the water and milk to a large, pourable measuring cup. Measure out your noodles and cheese. Clean your work area and put everything away. Once you start to cook you will just put it all together.
  2. Brown ground beef on medium high heat and drain off the grease. Return ground beef back to pan.
  3. Add noodles, cup of dry spices, milk and water. Stir until all the seasoning is dissolved.
  4. Turn the heat on high, keep stirring and bring to a boil. Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat to the lowest setting, cover with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes, Make sure to stir and scrape the bottom of the skillet every few minutes to prevent it sticking to the bottom of the pan.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy =).
