Cheeseburger Mac
Ready In: 20 mins
Yields: 4-6
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb ground beef
- 1 cup macaroni noodles, uncooked
- 1⁄2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Accent seasoning
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄3 cup shredded cheddar cheese (more or less to your liking)
Directions
- To make things easier - prep your ingredients. Add all the dry spices to a small cup. Add the water and milk to a large, pourable measuring cup. Measure out your noodles and cheese. Clean your work area and put everything away. Once you start to cook you will just put it all together.
- Brown ground beef on medium high heat and drain off the grease. Return ground beef back to pan.
- Add noodles, cup of dry spices, milk and water. Stir until all the seasoning is dissolved.
- Turn the heat on high, keep stirring and bring to a boil. Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat to the lowest setting, cover with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes, Make sure to stir and scrape the bottom of the skillet every few minutes to prevent it sticking to the bottom of the pan.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
- Serve hot and enjoy =).
