Cheeseburger Bites

These are a great appetizer for a ball game. The guys love these when I make them. My kids even ask me to make them for dinner using full sized hamburger buns, I haven't yet but they would be great. I like to serve these with all the fixins on the side and let your guests add as wanted. Show more

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef in large skillet over midium heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently to reak into small pieces.
  2. Drain.
  3. Stir in 2 T. ketchup, onion and 1 teaspoons mustard.
  4. Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Spoon beef mixture into sprayed slow cooker.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Cover; cook on low setting for 3 to 4 hours.
  8. To serve, stir beef mixture.
  9. Spoon 1 rounded T. mixture into each bun.
  10. Serve with toppings.
