Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 dash salt
- 3⁄4 lb cheddar cheese, grated
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions
- Beat egg well.
- Grate cheese.
- Add mustard and salt.
- Heat milk. Add cheese mixture.
- Cook on low for 15 minutes.
- Keeps well for one week in fridge.
- Can add garlic, onion or crumbled bacon.
