Cheese Spinach Balls

Tasty little morsels indeed! Easy and quick to make and they'll disappear just as fast!

Yields: 100 bite size balls

Directions

  1. Defrost spinach, drain and squeeze dry.
  2. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Using teaspoons full, roll spinach into 1-inch round bite-size balls.
  5. Place on a cookie sheet coated with a non-stick cooking spray and bake for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
