Cheese Sausage and Pickle Sandwich

My aunty makes these

Ingredients

• 2  slices  bread
• 1  tablespoon  sweet mustard pickle
• 1  slice cheddar cheese
• 1  cold cooked thickly sliced  beef sausage

Directions

1. spread sweet mustard pickle over both slices of bread.
2. top one slice with cheese and then sausage.
3. top with remaining slice of bread.
4. cut into 2 triangles.
