Cheese Relish

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 10 ounces swiss cheese, finely grated
- 1 (12 ounce) jar sliced mild banana peppers, drained and minced
- 2 tbsp.minced fresh chives
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dry crushed red pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Soak capers in water to cover 10 minuters, drain.
- Stir together capers and remaining ingredients. Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving. Serve with assorted crackers.
