Cheese Rectangles

Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2-3 loaves peppridge farm sandwich bread
- 4 (5 ounce) jars Kraft Old English cheese spread
- 1 lb margarine, softened
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dill
- 1 dash red pepper
Directions
- Remove crust from bread. Using 2 slices at a time, cut into 4 strips, then cut across(should have 8 triangles).
- Mix remaining ingredients.
- For each sandwich, spread mixture between 2 bread slices, "Ice" all sides and top of sandwich and place on baking sheet.
- Freeze sandwiches on baking sheets.
- When frozen, place in a bag & store in freezer until ready to eat.
- Bake rectangles on greased baking sheet at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
