Cheese Rectangles

We love freezer food!. Great to have a couple with a bowl of soup or when friends drop by.

Yields: 200 squares

Ingredients

  • 2 12-3  loaves  peppridge farm  sandwich bread
  • 4 (5 ounce) jars  Kraft Old English cheese spread
  • 1  lb margarine, softened
  • 1  teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 12 teaspoons dill
  • 1  dash  red pepper

Directions

  1. Remove crust from bread. Using 2 slices at a time, cut into 4 strips, then cut across(should have 8 triangles).
  2. Mix remaining ingredients.
  3. For each sandwich, spread mixture between 2 bread slices, "Ice" all sides and top of sandwich and place on baking sheet.
  4. Freeze sandwiches on baking sheets.
  5. When frozen, place in a bag & store in freezer until ready to eat.
  6. Bake rectangles on greased baking sheet at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
