Cheese Ravioli With Toasted Walnuts

  1. Prepare the ravioli according to the directions on the package. Drain well and reserve 3 tbsp of the cooking water.
  2. Meanwhile, roughly chop the walnuts and thinly slice the garlic.
  3. Heat the oil in a medium skillet. Add nuts and garlic, stirring until walnuts are lightly toasted and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the lemon juice, salt, pepper, parsley and cooking water.
  5. Add the ravioli, toss to coat.
  6. Serve with Parmesan Cheese.
