Cheese Potato Puff

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
- 12 potatoes, made into mashed potatoes
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 beaten eggs
Directions
- Cook potatoes and mash.
- In a saucepan cook and stir butter, cheese, milk and salt until smooth.
- Stir into potatoes.
- Fold into eggs.
- Pour into a greased 3 quart baking dish.
- Bake uncovered@ 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until puffy and golden brown.
