Cheese Dumplings Minus Cheese

Ingredients
- 4 slices white bread
- 50 g sour curd
- 1 tablespoon grams flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon green chili
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
- 1 pinch salt & pepper
Directions
- Cut the corners of the bread slices.
- Soak the bread in the bowl of curd for at least 4 hours.
- Remove the soaked bread and put it in a fresh container.
- Add gramflour, garlic, chilli flakes, oregano, salt, pepper & green chillies.
- Mix the mixture well to create small round shaped balls.
- Heat the oil and then fry the cheese balls till it turns golden brown.
- Serve it on the platter and serve it with jalapeno & salsa dip.
