Cheese Dumplings Minus Cheese

Yields: 10-12 pieces

Ingredients

  • 4  slices  white bread
  • 50  g  sour curd
  • 1  tablespoon  grams flour
  • 12 teaspoon green chili
  • 1  teaspoon oregano
  • 1  teaspoon  crushed garlic
  • 1  teaspoon  red chili pepper flakes
  • 1  pinch  salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Cut the corners of the bread slices.
  2. Soak the bread in the bowl of curd for at least 4 hours.
  3. Remove the soaked bread and put it in a fresh container.
  4. Add gramflour, garlic, chilli flakes, oregano, salt, pepper & green chillies.
  5. Mix the mixture well to create small round shaped balls.
  6. Heat the oil and then fry the cheese balls till it turns golden brown.
  7. Serve it on the platter and serve it with jalapeno & salsa dip.
