Cheese Dip/Sauce

Yields: 1 cheese dip
Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 300 g manchego cheese, grated (or which ever cheese you choose)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions
- Heat the evaporated milk, the grated cheese and the cornstarch.
- Move it constantly until thick.
- Serve hot or as you wish!
