  1. Place velveeta in crock pot on high.
  2. Brown beef, sausage about half through. Try to keep meat in chunky sized pieces. Add onion, jalapeno, garlic and crushed red pepper. Drain grease when completely cooked.
  3. Add tomatoes and salsa and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes on low.
  4. Add mixture to crock pot and stir until cheese is melted.
  5. Cook in crockpot for 15 minutes on high.
  6. Reduce heat to low and serve with bite sized tostito chips.
