Cheese Cookies

Yields: 100 cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 cup butter, softened
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Mix first three ingredients in order given.
- Add butter and salt and pepper.
- Rolll into small balls.
- Put on a lightly greased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork.
- Bake at 375° fir 10-12 minutes.
- DO NOT OVERBAKE!
- Store in airtight containers.
- Makes 100 plus.
