Cheese Cookies

Another recipe inherited from my mother.

• Ready In: 30 mins
• Serves: 50
• Yields: 100 cookies

Ingredients

• 2  cups flour
• 8  ounces  shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 2  cups  Rice Krispies
• 1  cup butter, softened
•  salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Mix first three ingredients in order given.
2. Add butter and salt and pepper.
3. Rolll into small balls.
4. Put on a lightly greased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork.
5. Bake at 375° fir 10-12 minutes.
6. DO NOT OVERBAKE!
7. Store in airtight containers.
8. Makes 100 plus.
