Cheese Cake

Ingredients
- 1 (1 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1⁄3-1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 cup boiling water
- 16 ounces of softened cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon of immitation vanilla extract
- 9 inches prepared cookies, crust (graham cracker)
Directions
- Mix gelatin and sugar in a bowl.
- Add boiling water and stir until gelatin and sugar completely dissolves.
- Beat cream cheese and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth,then slowly add and beat gelatin and sugar mixture.
- Pour mixture into cookie crust.
- Refrigerate until firm.
