Cheese Burger Stuffed With Bacon

Ingredients
- 4 ground chuck, 8oz per burgers
- 4 bacon, 1/3 inch slice
- 4 large hamburger buns
- 4 American cheese, slices
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices tomatoes
- 4 slices red onion rings
- thousand island dressing
Directions
- Combine the ground check and bacon slice together and form 4 patties onto a working surface and repeat this step to finish.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet and lightly coat with oil and place in the patties and 4 minutes per sides. Line a baking pan with paper towel and place the patties to drain off extra oil.
- Lightly toast the inside of the buns and spread with some Thousand Island dressing on each side and top with a hamburger patty, cheese, lettuce leaves, tomato and red onion ring and serve.
